Is your New Year’s Resolution losing weight? Maybe it’s to go to the gym more?
Why not start with the roots of living – eating green. Eating green doesn’t mean always eating vegetables, or eating foods that aren’t full in flavor. We can eat green and enjoy food. Here’s one caveat – eating green doesn’t mean you are always eating food that’s low in fat, low in sugar, or low in calories. It just means you are eating as much food from real sources as possible. And knowing the ingredients that are in the food you are eating. So instead of giving you the recipe I thought I’d share what is actually found in each ingredient in the recipe.
“Knowledge is power.”
