Acne is an unpleasant but common condition in modern society. Fortunately, there are many ways to treat it right in your own home. There are many all natural treatments, which are especially important if you have sensitive skin or are simply concerned about the products you use. There are many ways one can clear up their existing acne as well as reduce further breakouts.

##Tea Tree Oil

One of the greatest all natural ingredients you can use is tea tree oil. This essential oil fights bacteria. Wet a cotton ball and add a drop or two of the oil. Gently swab your clean face with it. You can do this once or twice per day.

##Honey##

Another fantastic resource for acne treatment is all natural honey. It is preferable to buy it fresh, if possible. Apply approximately one tablespoon on your face and leave it for about ten minutes. Gently rinse with warm water. The honey would draw the moisture to the skin. Depending on what processes it has been through, it can also work as an antibiotic.

##Witch hazel##

It’s critical to keep your pores clear. You need to have a gentle way of removing surface dirt and grime. In this case, witch hazel is the way to go. Unlike alcohol, witch hazel will not dry your skin. Apply it to a cotton ball and swab your face try to avoid your eyes.

##Apple Cider Vinegar##

Generally known for help with digestive problems, apple cider vinegar can be another weapon in your arsenal against acne. Apply it as you would witch hazel an effective antibacterial.

##Aloe Vera##

In addition to killing bacterial infections, you need to take steps to heal the wounded flesh. One of the gentlest products for doing this is aloe vera. Once you have gently cleansed your skin and used one of the above bacteria treatments, apply a light layer of aloe vera to your skin. You can also drink aloe vera juice to help your skin heal from the inside out.

##Vitamin E##

Another way to heal your skin from within is to take a vitamin E capsule every day. Your skin will heal more quickly if you do this. Your skin will also feel softer and more supple to touch.

##Water##

Its important to consume an adequate supply of water throughout the day. It is easier for hydrated skin to heal and fight infection if water is consumed on a regular basis.

There are many acne treatments that are natural but it’s important to be patient. It may take time to see if the treatments brings results. One should pick the treatment that works best for them and eliminate the regime that irritates their skin.

You don’t have to resort to harsh chemicals to treat your acne symptoms. You can use these all natural remedies instead. You can relax knowing that you are treating your skin with natural ingredients that are as good for the environment as they are for your skin.     One of the best things you can do for your skin, and the rest of you as well, is to eat a healthy organic diet. Most people do not realize what a healthy diet really is, so even if they are eating what they think is healthy, it is doing harm to their skin and body. Take the time to find out the truth about your food.
